This campaign is designed to help young people, parents and carers, coaches and club volunteers understand energy, nutrition and wellbeing and feel confident speaking up when something doesn’t look right. The main campaign page and web article can be found via the following links:

Fuel up and feel great – that’s the heart of this campaign. It’s about helping everyone understand that low energy can affect how a young person feels, trains or plays – and that tiredness, grumpiness or taking longer to recover isn’t a weakness; they may just be signs that you need more fuel, more rest or your body is changing.
Swim England have a marketing toolkit which is available for anyone to use and includes posters, videos, social media graphics and example text to use alongside these resources. The supporting resources and toolkit can be found on this page – CLICK HERE

Ribblesdale Pool in Clitheroe has become the latest organisation in the UK to achieve Swim England's Water Wellbeing standard.
The Water Wellbeing mark is aimed at transforming community swimming pools into places for health, wellbeing and rehabilitation. It recognises the organisation’s efforts in making the pools more accessible and inclusive for people with long-term health conditions.
Councillor Stuart Hirst, chairman of the council’s community services committee, said:
“It’s wonderful to see Ribblesdale Pool achieve this national award. It’s a testimony to the hard work of staff and the enthusiastic support of the pool’s users.
“Swimming and water-based activities are well-known for their health benefits for people of all ages.” - 14 Nov 2025And the regional times are out
