Our swim league team travelled to Blackpool’s Palatine Leisure Centre to take part in round 2 of the North Lancs Swim League on Sat 12th March.


After last year’s County championships were cancelled due to covid, Clitheroe Dolphins were excited to be sending a strong squad of qualifiers to the 2022 edition of the Lancashire Championships.


As we start 2022 we have your first Gala to announce! We will be taking swimmers to the Burnley BOBCATS - Race for Regionals gala taking place at Darwen Leisure Centre on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th March 2022. This gala is traditionally a very competitive gala as it is the last chance for swimmers to reach the North West Regional Championship qualifying times before the March 9th deadline.

With a change in Government policy over the weekend and after working with our pool providers requirements, we need to announce that the use of facemasks in the spectator gallery is now compulsory except where someone has a medical exemption. This step will be in force at both Ribblesdale and Stonyhurst Pools.


Clitheroe Dolphins are set to run their first licensed gala for a number of years on the 12th December as the Dolphins Christmas Cracker is set to take place


The Clitheroe Dolphins Annual General meeting will take place on Friday November 26th at Clitheroe FC followed by pie, peas and a good old catch up!
