
CONSTITUTION, CLUB POLICIES & CODES OF CONDUCT
As a club we pride ourselves on being inclusive & friendly and our swimmers work hard at improving their skills.
In order to ensure this remains the case and to be compliant with Swim England requirements, all swimmers, parents and coaches are expected to abide by our codes of conducts and policies.
Codes of Conduct define how we expect our swimmers, coaches, volunteers & parents to conduct themselves at training, galas, club events and when on club business.
The Club Constitution and policy documents define how we run as a club and how we deal with certain situations.
Swim England is proud to be teaming up with leading swimming club administration platforms – including Swim Club Manager and Swim Manager – to deliver a faster, more efficient way for clubs, coaches, and event organisers to access official swimming times.
