Training Squad - Dolphins

Dolphins are our first competitive training group.
Swimmers in this session are usually 6-11 years of age who have joined the club from one of the local ‘Learn to Swim’ schemes.
This squad is a continuation from teaching’s stage 7 and builds on the skills already gained on the ASA/Swim England pathway.
The primary focus for these young, developmental swimmers will be to teach them the correct technique on all four-strokes and introduce them to basic racing skills such as; starts, turns & finishes.
